After hearing Dawn speak at a business conference, I decided to download the book and then attend a workshop.  Dawn is patient and empathetic yet still did not accept my excuses and offered solutions to my complaints of being a burnout with no time for friends, family, or fun.

I decided to coach with her as well and her coaching helped me evaluate many aspects of my life and make some major moves and start my own business.  

The classes with Dawn helped me to organize my life and prioritize what matters - my mental health.  I learned to take care of myself so I can take care of others.
